My name is Rebecca Palmer and I am the owner of Phoenix Practice Marketing. As the daughter of a dentist and a dental hygienist, it's easy to see why dental marketing has become my passion. I love working with smart people who have a passion for those they care for and if you got through dental school you pretty much fit the bill for both. =) I truly love people and enjoy my work everyday... I am one of the lucky people in that sense. As a new empty nester, I am very grateful to have something I really love to help me forget that the most important job I had is not as time consuming. (if you are a parent, you will know exactly what I mean!)

I have been a marketing designer and consultant for almost 20 years. I look back and cannot believe how time has flown by! Over the last decade, I have helped dental practices develop their identities and successfully grow and prosper their practices through beautiful and personal marketing pieces. I have been very fulfilled watching practices succeed, knowing I played a role in that success.

You always hear about the special bond between a father and his daughter... well I am no exception. My father is a huge influence in my life. He is not just a fantastic father, but is a wonderful dentist. He was my inspiration to apply my skills in marketing design to help dental practices grow and prosper. Choosing to exclusively market dental practices was a great decision and eight years later I love what I do because of it. Thanks Dad!!!!







Jan Smith is Team Phoenix's Business Director. When I stepped away from Practice Cafe and started Phoenix Practice Marketing, I knew I needed a cracker jack team. I found a gold mine in Jan Smith, our amazing Business Director. She has a great mind and believes in the same core values as myself. She is frugal, practical and loves people.
