I am Rebecca Palmer and Phoenix Practice Marketing is my company. I have spent the last 16 years designing marketing communications, with the last four plus years exclusively serving dentists. Some of you may know me or have communicated with me from a prior business, while others might be new friends. Regardless, my team and I look forward to developing and implementing marketing strategies in a straightforward, timely, and affordable manner.
Phoenix Practice Marketing is the direct result of valuable lessons learned in marketing dentistry in a wide gamut of communities throughout North America. Each market is different. Every practice has it's own presence; therefore, we design CUSTOM marketing pieces to reflect this individuality. We take the good and make it stand out. We de-emphasize any negatives. The result is a very appropriate, personal, and unique product.
• We take on only as many clients as our team can serve in a highly attentive manner.
• We provide (at NO charge) exclusivity of mailing lists to our active direct mail clients.
• We do NOT mark-up any outside vendor services such as printing, mailing lists, and letter shop costs. We will always charge a fair price for our design fees and coordination of each project, but will NOT "tack on" extra fees for those services which we do not produce ourselves. We seek out great values and pass our price savings directly to you.
• We NEVER charge for consultation within reason. (Only one client in the last four years of working with dentists required "unreasonable" consultation.) We love to answer questions and co-brainstorm with our clients. Remember, we cannot answer questions you do not ask.
• We work with highly skilled vendors and contractors whose integrity is exemplary and whose concern for our customer's satisfaction is a top priority.
• As we continue to grow, our priority will be hiring those with DIRECT EXPERIENCE in dentistry or dental-related industries.
